The Travel Committee is responsible for the travel needs for any meet that is long distance. Whether some gymnasts require hotel stay due to an early meet or when meets are out of state the chairperson will find the lowest fairs available and distribute this information to the appropriate levels. Please check back regularly for information regarding travel.

While most host clubs will have chosen their own host hotels which can be accessed through their websites, one of our Olympia families, familiar with some of the venues has also found some additional hotels with special rates for our families. The links to access the host club hotels and our hotels are included below.

Note: Hotel info for meets in Port Huron, Plymouth and Ann Arbor are not listed here because of their close proximity to the Detroit Area.  If you wish us to give you hotel information for these sites please email Tracie GrimaldiTravel info for Eastern Nationals (level 9) and JO Nationals (level 10) are also not listed. 

When placing reservations, make certain that you get the meet room rates listed for each hotel.  Mention that you are attending the gymnastics meet.  Also be aware of a hotelā€™s cancellation policy.
