It is once again time to sell all your old gymnastics apparel. It is easy and all your profits go directly into your booster club account.
The sale date is as follows:
Wednesday, August 25th, 2010
9:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.
Olympia Gymnastics Viewing Area
Please follow these easy steps to sell your gently used apparel:
1. Make sure all leotards and gymnastics ware is freshly washed. 2. List each item you are selling on the attached inventory sheet. 3. Complete and attach a tag to each item with a safety pin. If you need more of the forms, please feel free to make copies. PLEASE NOTE: The item number on the tag that you assign, needs to match the item number on the inventory sheet so that we can keep track of everything. 4. Put each item into a zip lock bag. 5. Turn all items to be sold into the tub marked, “Gently Used Gymnastics Apparel” in the pro shop under the table. ALL ITEMS FOR SALE NEED TO BE TURNED IN BY MONDAY AUGUST 22TH, 2010. 6. Put the completed inventory sheet in the mailbox marked “Senkus”, (top drawer).
In the previous years most leotards sold in the price range of $5 - $10. Also, every year there are a few leotards that come up missing. We try our best to keep track of all of them very closely, therefore we can not be held responsible if any are lost or stolen. To provide encouragement and support for the competitive gymnastic program offered by Olympia Gymnastic Academy. With this site we will be able to effectively communicate the accomplishments of the competitive teams, information for the meet season, details of any OGBC/OGA sponsored meets, what the OGBC does and who the OGBC is to the other members of the booster club, the gymnasts, other teams, and the community.
