Dear OGBC Members,
Athlete Warrior Challenge 2023 is almost here! Olympia families have always been an integral part of making this meet a success. We are proud to announce that we have over 1500 gymnasts registered to compete, this doubles our numbers from last year! It's going to be an incredible weekend of gymnastics and we are looking forward to spending the weekend with all of you! Thank you for your commitment to make AWC a success so we can continue to raise the funds needed to keep our booster dues low.

Again this year we will be using the electronic sign up, "Sign up Genius." Sign up begins on Wednesday, January 11th at 8:00 p.m. Olympia Team families Level 3-10 and XCEL are responsible for signing up for either set-up on Thursday OR tear down on Sunday AND 2 meet sessions. Level 1 and 2 parents are not required to signup to work this year, but if you'd like to help out please feel free to sign up and volunteer. We thank you and appreciate any and all help! *If your childs name LAST differs from your last name please list your daughters name in the comment section of your sign up.

We have put so much time and effort into trying to make this as fair and easy as possible. We know that it is not perfect, but please know that many behind the scenes factors play a role in the structure of this event. We make every effort to develop a system that works for the majority, while running this large event. If you know of any gymnast's family who is concerned that we do not have an updated email, please notify Julia Kelley (Mrsjkelley33@gmail.com) immediately as all sign up communication will be done via email.
Olympia Gymnastics Academy and its employees are not in any way involved in the meet sign up. The office and coaching staff at Olympia Gymnastics are unable to answer your questions or field your concerns about this OGBC event. If you have questions, you can email Julia Kelley (Mrsjkelley33@gmail.com) or via phone at 586-709-7726.
Please know that we will try to answer questions that are relative to the act of signing up. We will NOT be able to excuse you from meet sessions or sign you up in advance for any sessions. If you have an issue with working meet session commitments please address all concerns to Julia Kelley (Mrsjkelley33@gmail.com).
Lastly, we cannot thank you enough for your support. To those who have helped us with this event and to those who have worked hard finding sponsors for our event, THANK YOU!! Your hard work leading up to this event and your continued willingness to help us support our athletes has not gone unnoticed. Your children are lucky to have parents who have invested so much time in their future development and we are all lucky that you are going the extra mile to make this event a success.
